This presentation reviews the process used to integrate CEC and The CEEDAR Center's HLP professional development tools into student teaching to systematically support the application of effective practices for preservice teachers. Findings from a practical application and ideas for implementation into student teaching will be discussed. 

Participants will be able to: 

1. Recognize the application of CEC and The CEEDAR Center Professional Development Guide, Section 3: Reflecting on High-Leverage Practices tools for preservice teachers. 

2. Identify methods to integrate HLP professional development tools into student teaching experiences. 

3. Analyze the impact of HLP professional development tool integration on preservice teachers' practices during student teaching.
